PHASE 1 – DISCOVERY
The first step for everyone will be the Discovery Phase, which includes two visits (in-person or virtual) with Dr. Sanna Kalika & a visit with a health coach.
*Both visits with Dr. Kalika will be 60 minutes each.
The first visit will be dedicated to the introduction of the patient & our practice and will include:
- Getting familiar with the patient and his or her issues and concerns.
- Going over a detailed past medical history.
- A conversation about all current lifestyle factors.
- The decision will be made about what tests the patient needs, including blood work, imaging, and more advanced, functional testing.
- Initial recommendations will be made for changes in diet, lifestyle, and supplements, if necessary.
The second visit will consist of:
- A comprehensive review of the test results.
- Recommendations for further treatment.
During the health coach session, you can expect:
- A thorough conversation about diet & exercise.
- A discussion over lifestyle changes & supplements.
- Any lifestyle concerns that the patient may have.
The total price for Discovery Phase is $900.
PHASE 2
AFTER THE DISCOVERY PHASE, patients have two options.
Option 1:
Patients can choose Absoulute Care which is a comprehensive membership. This includes:
- A full year of medical care.
- Five 30-minute visits with Dr. Kalika.
- Five 30-minute visits with our health coach.
- Email communication with our clinical staff for questions and minor issues.
The total price without a discount would be $1,300.
*We will offer a 10% discount for one aesthetic procedure of their choice per year.
Option 2:
If the patient doesn’t want to commit to a membership, they can proceed with care on a pay-per-visit basis.
Patients can purchase visits with Dr. Kalika and the health coach individually, AFTER COMPLETING A DISCOVERY PHASE.
- A 30-minute visit with Dr. Kalika is $250.
- A 60-minute visit is $450.
- A 30-minute visit with a health coach is $75.
- A 60-minute visit with a health coach is $100.
*Services are ALL OUT OF NETWORK and insurance cannot be used to pay for any services except blood work. Insurance can also be used for prescribed medications, based on insurance coverage. Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted.
*All fees must be paid prior to the visit.
